The HireNxt was founded in 2025 in Kolkata with one core idea: hiring should not be this hard. Too many great candidates were getting lost in slow processes, and too many businesses were struggling to find the right people quickly.
We built HireNxt to change that — a platform where candidates can discover real opportunities, apply without friction, and grow their careers; and where organizations can find talent that is not just available, but genuinely prepared and skilled for the role.
Six months in, we are already working with partners across industries — from IT and BPO to healthcare and retail — and we are just getting started.
